About Welsh for Bashkir speakers
Welsh is written in the Latin alphabet; Bashkir uses the Cyrillic alphabet. Chatting in writing is a good way to get used to a new script, because you can take your time with every message.
Welsh is related to Breton, Irish, Scottish Gaelic, Manx.
How the exchange works
- Say what you speak and what you're learning. Talkabout shows you people who speak Welsh natively and are learning Bashkir.
- Write to someone. Take turns: some messages in Welsh, some in Bashkir, so you both get to practise.
- Fix each other's messages. Suggest a correction on any message and your partner sees exactly what changed. You choose how much you want corrected.
