About Japanese for North Ndebele speakers
Japanese is written in kanji with the hiragana and katakana syllabaries; North Ndebele uses the Latin alphabet. Chatting in writing is a good way to get used to a new script, because you can take your time with every message.
How the exchange works
- Say what you speak and what you're learning. Talkabout shows you people who speak Japanese natively and are learning North Ndebele.
- Write to someone. Take turns: some messages in Japanese, some in North Ndebele, so you both get to practise.
- Fix each other's messages. Suggest a correction on any message and your partner sees exactly what changed. You choose how much you want corrected.
