Changes made: the source paradigm tables were reduced to a lookup keyed by the bare,
lowercased form with ё folded to е; each value records where the stress falls and which
letters are ё, rather than repeating the accented spelling; an acute that only repeated the
stress a ё already carries was dropped; the result was split by first letter.
